Student Tickets
Students get great pricing at McCarter.
College and University Students enjoy discounted tickets to world-class shows and events at McCarter.
Princeton University students also get access to free tickets through Passport to the Arts.
For Princeton students:
PU students can access a FREE TICKET to the shows at McCarter with Princeton’s Passport to the Arts program by entering the promo code PUTIGER before placing an order.
NOTE: Passport tickets are always SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If you use the code & there are no longer Passport seats available for that event, you will receive an error code. If you are not a PU student - or have used up your Passport ticket allotment – your order will be cancelled.
When is Passport available and how many tickets do I get? Access to Passport begins the 1st day of classes (Sept. 3 ‘24) and ends the last day of classes (April 25, ‘25). Students can use 4 Tiger Tickets to book McCarter events (or events on campus) which are designated “Tiger Ticket Eligible.” You may use 2 “Student Events Eligible Tickets” for The Triangle Show and other student performances at McCarter (eg. Dance Festival, LCA shows) or student shows on campus.
Each student must book their own ticket when using Passport and must enter their PU ID #(found on front of Tiger Card) at checkout. When a student places a Tiger Ticket order, (if they have Tiger Tickets available and once the order has been processed,) the ticket will be emailed to the address on the account. Only 1 Tiger Ticket may be used per event.

Students can use code PUSTUTIX for discounted tickets at McCarter. A valid student I.D. is required and limit 2 tickets per production. All tickets are final sale (no refunds or exchanges) and based on availability. Exclusions may apply.

Free Tickets under Passport and Discounted Tickets for McCarter shows are subject to availability. Zone restrictions apply. Limit 1 free ticket per student with code PUTIGER using Passport to the Arts. Limit 2 tickets per student using code PUSTUTIX when booking discounted tickets. Codes cannot be combined with other offers. Events occurring before the first day of classes or after the last day of classes are not eligible for the Passport Program, regardless of booking period.
